For some time now there has been a movement in the food industry that calls for more and more natural, organically grown and seasonal products. This development has inspired us to find natural alternatives to conventional beauty products full of chemical ingredients. If you put more emphasis on your own natural beauty in your daily beauty routine, you could significantly reduce the amounts of cosmetics, creams and other chemical and expensive beauty products.
Soak your nails in olive oil for natural shine and resilience. After waiting approximately five minutes, simply remove the oil with the towel and dry your hands. A tip for whiter nails: try the same with freshly squeezed lemon juice!
If your hair is prone to oily hair, mix ¼ cup of organic apple cider vinegar with 1 cup of water. Apply the mixture and then rinse thoroughly. Pamper the ends of your hair with balm afterwards. To get a naturally beautiful shine, simply mash a banana and mix it with a raw egg. Apply this mixture to your hair and let the mask soak in for 15 minutes. Last but not least, the balm is used again in the ends of the hair.

Use this natural beauty scrub in the shower and dip the soap in the sugar several times so that it retains its granular ´sweetness´. To treat cracked and dry skin on your heels, immerse your feet in warm water for ten minutes, then rub them with a pumice stone. Apply olive oil generously and wrap your feet in plastic wrap. Put socks on over them (to prevent slipping) and relax.
