Stay Away From Soda

Soda, unlike some fruit drinks, has zero nutrients and only provides sugar to the body. Did you know that a 12-ounce soda has roughly the same amount of sugar as three and a half donuts? It has been proven by research that consuming two or more sodas a day will increase your risk for kidney disease by a hundred percent. However, the issue isn’t just sugar because soda is also high in phosphoric acid, which can increase your risk of having kidney problems as well.

Researchers from the University of Chicago found out that poor sleeping habits can cause an increased risk for kidney disease. The people who slept for 6.5 hours a day increased their chances of kidney failure by 19 percent compared to those that had a full-night’s sleep. Your kidneys stay up late when you stay up late.
