In 1969, the lovely Sharon Tate died at the hands of the Manson family. She had been a promising new actress who did comedy and drama. She got married to Roman Polanski, her The Fearless Vampire Killers director and costar. Tragically, she was 8 months pregnant at the time of her death.

Ingrid Bergman
Ingrid Bergman is most famous for starring in Casablanca. Before that, she had been acting in Swedish and German films. She was described as “arguably the most international star in the history of entertainment.” Anatole Litvak said that “through all her troubles she held to the conviction that she had been true to herself and it made her quite a person.” She died from breast cancer in 1982.
