Poor Service
Providing good customer service should be one of the main aims of any business. However, the service that Daniel was provided left a lot to be desired. In fact, he was offended and saddened by it. He certainly didn’t appreciate the personal jab at his choice of clothing. However, Daniel had no time to make a complaint as he was too busy replying to questions and comments directed at his post.

There were definitely a lot of questions and comments both from followers and strangers. However, most of them were not really about what had happened. Instead, they were snide remarks about Daniel’s order. Contrary to most responses, there were still some users who explained to Daniel that ‘ugly sweater’ isn’t actually an insult at all. One woman even posted a picture of her own ‘ugly sweater’, making Daniel laugh out loud.
