Shoe Gone Awry
As if nothing could get in her path, this unfortunate lady in her power-suit strolled out of the elevator. Unfortunately, her high-heel shoe got stuck in the distance between the elevator and the wall when she left, sending her soaring. With an awkward smile on her face until the door of the elevator shuts, she scrabbles to dislodge her foot. Whew. At least, nobody saw it, right?
