We are sure that Second World War soldiers will never forget the lovely Vera Lynn. With her amazing voice and charming face, this would simply be impossible. She received the British war Medal and was even given the title of a dame. The talented singer began singing at the tender age of seven and went on tour four years later. She disappeared from the limelight and dedicated her time to helping women with cancer and kids with disabilities. Unfortunately, she passed away on June 18, 2020. Rest in peace!
