The Devil’s Hoverbike

The Devil’s Hoverbike was an aircraft that was designed for the use of the U.S. Army. It was launched in the middle of the 1950s. You might be thinking if this aircraft has something to do with hoverboards – yes, the Devil’s Hoverbike was the thing that inspired people to create hoverboards. Back in the 50s, the pilots, who would fly the aircraft, had something to balance their feet on to make the aircraft move. Well, if you would think of it, that was a challenging task – maybe that was one of the factors that made this aircraft end up being a colossal failure.
