In Moore’s memoir named Inside Out, released in September 2019, Rumer’s mother also wrote what she had felt during the miscarriage. Moore had a hard time telling the message during those times. For Moore, it was “lost, empty, desperate, confused.” Moore also shared what she felt after losing her child that “I really lost sight of everything that was right in front of me, which was the family that I had.”

Moore also shared on Red Table Talk how she loved Kutcher when they were still married. Moore admitted that she had not properly cared for her grown-up children because she was focused on her marriage to Kutcher. According to Moore, “The addiction and the co-dependency… my addiction to Ashton – that was probably almost more devastating because it took me seriously away emotionally.”
