Friends With Terry Bradshaw
Phil was so good at football that he was the first pick that year. He was even ahead of Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw during the NFL Draft in 1970. He joined the Bulldogs as a quarterback before the very famous footballer. Phil was once asked in an interview about how he felt when he chose to quit football and pursue hunting. In return he only answered that Terry went for the money and he chose to chase after ducks instead.
