He even once said in an episode that there are only two types of people who don’t have beards and these were women and children, and he was neither. However, did you know that this was not the first time that Jase wanted to shave off all of his beard? He once said in an interview last 2013 that he wanted to go for a clean-shaven look after Duck Dynasty ended. It was not for any other reason but to go anonymous. His fans often come up to him to ask for a picture or an autograph. Jase thought that he could avoid this if his beard disappeared.
