Kristen Bell

Since NBC has the rights to A Good Place, it does not seem likely that the cast members will get royalties from reruns. Aside from Kristen Bell, the sitcom stars Ted Danson as well. The first episode came out on September 19, 2016. This award-winning show aired 53 episodes during the course of its four seasons. The show was in limbo for a little while until Netflix picked it up for its final season. It was produced by Joe Mande and David Hyman, while Megan Amram wrote the show. The show got a lot of praise, partly for the performance of Ted Danson. TV Guide even called him the best “sitcom actor of all time.” On the other hand, the New York Times said that the “most refreshing thing” about A Good Place was its “optimism” about “human nature.” We definitely agree with that!

Sam Waterston

With his performance in Law & Order, Sam Waterston brought home a Golden Globe. He has also enjoyed a great movie career and won an Academy Award for The Killing Fields. Primarily a dramatic actor, he has appeared in a Netflix sitcom called Grace & Frankie as well. Even though he makes hundreds of thousands through that show, he still rakes in money from Law & Order’s reruns. He is set to reprise his old role in a spinoff called Law & Order: SVU and bring home $50,000 a year for that. NBC saw a lot of success with the original show and wanted to return it for a ten-episode miniseries back in 2015. Sadly, this did not pan out. The creator of the series, Dick Wolf, said that the show is now officially left to “the history books.”
