The cops got involved, but they convinced the officers that this was only a practice performance. The cops were about to leave, but they heard Smothers tell Prichard that he just got spared from a beatdown. The cops then told them they would be arrested if the two of them did not leave then and there.

Shawn Michaels and Marty Janetty had been a popular tag team early in Shawn’s career. They once got into a fight, although the reasons remain unknown. Janetty said that he took down Michaels easily. After this, Janetty said, “[Shawn] can’t fight. He’s a good wrestler, but he can’t fight.” In reality, the cops had to break up the fight. Janetty was almost arrested, but Randy Savage pretended it was only practice.
