Queen Elizabeth II is renowned for wearing vibrant clothing. She said, “I can never wear beige because then no one will know who I am. The Queen attended Prince William and Kate’s wedding in a primrose yellow long sleeve dress and hat. The Queen opted for a brighter green cloak over a purple dress to attend Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding in 2018. Together with it, she sported a green bonnet decorated with purple feathers.

The Different Royal Wedding Veils
While Meghan’s veil impressed guests and watchers at home, Kate’s wedding dress train was longer than Meghan’s. The Royal School of Needlework created Kate’s veil under tight security, and it complemented the Queen’s tiara beautifully. Clare Waight Keller created Meghan’s 16.5-foot-long veil, which included the wildflowers of 53 different countries. Meghan had asked for all of the Commonwealth’s countries to be represented in her veil design.
