Patricia needed a fresh lawn, a mahogany fence, flowers, trimmed hedges, and more. Thankfully, Kristopher knew someone who could do all that for a reasonable price. He even asked the contractor to check the location and give a quote.

As she yelled, she was flailing her arms, “I did not give you permission to get an estimate on my fence!” Kristopher told her, “The fence separates the property line, so it’s both of our fences.” Another clear sign that she was panicking was that she asked the cops for help!
