The painting had been in Rose’s family for generations, so it was definitely priceless to her. However, she wanted to know if the artwork was worth any money or it was simply another pretty painting which would be in her house before it was passed on to another family member. She hadn’t really expected to find out more than that and she wasn’t sure whether she wanted to or not.

Grandma Loved It
For as long as Rose could remember, the artwork had been in her grandma’s room, hanging above the elderly woman’s bed. Her grandma had always wanted it close to her and kept it safe because of its scenic and calming quality. She loved the painting but no one really knew whether it was an original or a print, or if it was worth anything. Rose had only started to suspect it might be an original when something pretty bizarre happened.
