Mike Pence (Vice President) — $230,700

Just like his predecessor Joe Biden, Vice President Mike Pence earns $230,700 annually. This has been the salary for the position since 2010. In 2019, Pence was set to get a raise that would make it $243,500 a year, but this got frozen thanks to the government shutdown that was going on at the same time. Despite this, the veep has joked about being a thrifty man by claiming he gets two for one suits!

Mick Mulvaney (Acting Chief Of Staff) — $203,500

It is not easy to be the chief of staff to the POTUS, so it is just right that they get compensated well. Right now, not many White House staff members make over $200,000 per year. Mick Mulvaney does, however. Just like Grisham acting as the press secretary, he is the third chief of staff under the Trump administration. He took over the position in early 2019. During Obama’s term, five people held this job title during the eight years of his time in office. In 2016, Denis McDonough made $176,461.
