A Tiny Antelope
The mother lion was drawn away by the presence of the small antelope, which appeared out of nowhere. Gordon Donovan, a New York-based photographer, was on-site the entire time and said: “To witness such an oddity while still being astounded was an unforgettable experience. When she captured the springbok, I was eagerly awaiting the opportunity to kill one of the lions.”
