If you had to ask Ric Flair about the best wrestler he ever fought within the ring, he probably tells you that it was Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat. If the truth is told, Steamboat’s 3 long rounds in the ring with him are the best wrestling matches the world has ever witnessed. Although he didn’t have the best stage presence and charm, it was certainly worth seeing his high-flying moves.

Harley Race (1960-1991)
Harley Race, like Funk and Thesz, is frequently recognized for the way modern wrestling has evolved. His enthusiasm and courage helped place pro wrestling on the map when most people thought it was nothing more than just foolish entertainment. As a child, he was diagnosed with polio and was told that he would never walk again. But he proved so many people wrong! Following his retirement, he became Vader and Lex Luger’s manager in WCW.
