Lowell High School
The Lowell High School’s rigorous curriculum includes Honors and Advanced Placement courses in chemistry, calculus, economics, and various foreign languages. AP exams are taken by 94% of students. Extracurricular activities include more than 80 teams, organizations, and student-interest clubs in addition to classes. The speech and debate team at the school is one of the oldest in the country.
Columbus High School
Students at Columbus High School receive a strong liberal arts education that includes fine arts, languages, mathematics, science, and other subjects. Nearly two dozen Advanced Placement courses are available at the liberal arts magnet school. AP classes are taken by all of the students at the school. Students at Columbus High School have the opportunity to hone their critical-thinking skills while also exploring life skills, technology, and athletics.
