On the show, Allison Arngrim played Nellie Oleson. The character on the show was known as the nemesis of Laura Ingalls! It made the actress a star, and her character became a mainstay on the show. In fact, Nellie has gotten so big that she ended up returning for the ninth and final season of the show. Prior to Little House on the Prairie, she only had a single acting credit to her name for a feature film called Throw Out the Anchor.
