During one of the most challenging periods in US History, Herbert Hoover was elected as the 31st president of the United States. He was raised in Iowa and Oregon and attended the reputable Standford University and graduated as its first class, where he met his wife Lou Henry. Before becoming a political name he spent time in China and Europe during the start of the Great War. His name started to get attention after he rescued 120,000 American tourists from France and Germany. His term covered the stock market fall that resulted in the Great Depression. He tried his best to revive the country while keeping his self-control. You probably didn’t know this but he has an IQ of around 141.6.

Calvin Coolidge – 141.6
Vice President Calvin Coolidge took office after the death of President Warren Harding in 1923. The next year he was sworn in as President until 1929. He was in favor of the laissez-faire foreign policy and small government and managed to become a favored politician at the end of his term. Despite the many scandals, his administration was remembered with dignity. With an IQ of 141.6, Coolidge had a soft way of speaking and a strong interest in racial equality and civil rights. However, he was not always well-liked by other government officials, especially after his attempt at turning lynching into a federal crime. He also made a monumental change when he enacted the Indian Citizenship Act which granted American citizenship to the Native Americans living on the reservations.
