Gerald R. Ford Jr. – 140.4

When Richard Nixon resigned from office, Gerald R. Ford Jr. was sworn in as the 38th president. He is remembered for his attempt to enhance the partnership between the United States and the Soviet Union, known as the Helsinki Accords. He was raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he held a law career before his terms from 1974-1977. He served the country during epic financial chaos, which improved his standing. Unfortunately, he still has an IQ of 140.4 and is the only individual to be elected as both president and vice president without actually being elected.
