in the 29th election, Warren G. Harding was sworn into office into a monumental election since women now had the right to vote. Harding started as the owner of the Marion Star newspaper in Ohio. While he was in office, he announced the end of World War I when the US was at peace with Austria, Germany, and Hungary. He was determined to improve the economy and more or less return to normal living. Although there was a great deal of scandal that swarmed his presidency, none of it was brought to light until after he passed away from a heart attack. With an IQ of 139.9, he remains lower on the list.

George Washington is the first president of the U.S and one of the founding fathers. He served from 1789 to 1797 and played a big part in the founding of the government system. He was also involved in the American Revolutionary War, where he led the Continental Army. He is known as the second-best president of the US, but he is not as intelligent as you may think. Well, he may be way above the average person, but he still has an IQ of 140, which is not nearly as close to the smartest presidents.
