After four seasons on the show, Skeet Ulrich took to Instagram Live to tell fans about the reason he left Riverdale. He made a pretty opaque hit at the directors of the show. The actor played F.P., the dad of Jughead on the teen series. He explained that he ended up leaving since he “got bored creatively” and wanted to try out other things with his career. According to him, this was his “most honest answer.” He waited three months after the announcement of his departure to clarify why he reached that decision. His co-star Marisol Nichols decided to do the same thing and leave the show.

Even though Matt Damon played Jason Bourne for a long time, he decided that it was time to leave the franchise for the same reason that Michael Keaton left Batman. It had everything to do with his loyalty to the director who brought it to life! His decision to leave was a response to the news that Paul Greengrass was not going to lead the fourth installment. In 2016, there were rumors going around that Damon and Greengrass were set to return for the sixth movie. Sadly, this did not come to fruition as Jeremy Renner replaced Damon as the leading man of the series. Who knows, it might still happen.
