The University of Alaska – Fairbanks, ranked No. 574 out of the two schools in the state that made Forbes’ best colleges list, received the highest ranking. In 2019, Alaska had the highest average unemployment rate in the country, accounting for 6.1 percent of the total workforce.

Although the number of graduates in Florida isn’t imposing, those who do enroll have a promising future ahead of them. Florida has the fourth-best educational standard in the world. When you concentrate on the state’s colleges, things get even better: they’re ranked third best in the nation. The University of Florida and the University of Miami, two of the state’s top colleges, made Forbes’s top 100 list.
