Coloradans have a strong desire to learn: Only Massachusetts outperforms the state in terms of educational attainment. It has the country’s second-highest percentage of residents with a bachelor’s degree (but no graduate degree). The quality of its education, on the other hand, isn’t so hot — the Centennial State doesn’t even make the top 20. On Forbes’ list, three Colorado colleges made the top 100, with the United States Air Force Academy coming in at No. 43.
