Weighing in at 922 pounds, the name Hercules is definitely appropriate for this liger! If you do not know what a liger is, it is the result of a cross between a tiger and a lion. They are also the biggest among the big cats! The big cat in the photo lives in the Myrtle Beach Safari Wildlife Preserve Home. He has a length of 131 inches and stands at a shoulder height of 49 inches. He is not as fierce as you might think because despite weighing a hundred times more than a house cat, he still likes to drink milk and play like a kitty.
