Massachusetts – 25.2% Obesity Rate
From 2015 to 2016, the obesity rate among adults in Massachusetts went down a little. This made folks feel a little more hopeful. At any rate, it has a 25.2 percent obesity rate. If you ask us, this is still too high for comfort. The state, luckily, has been working to solve the issue at hand. It now promotes drinking water, eating healthy food, exercising, and raising nutrition standards.

Minnesota – 30.1% Obesity Rate
From 2018 to 2019, the obesity rate among adults in Minnesota had been rather steady. This does not mean that it is good, however. The Department of Health said that the state has an obesity rate of 30.1 percent. This means that almost one in three local adults are obese! The obesity rate is still too high, but it is doing much better than its neighbors like Dakota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
